Per-setting SENCO dashboard: your SEN register with DfE census codes and a day log beside your MIS attendance register; staff observations at scale from secure links, with no accounts; graduated-approach cycles with review targets and costed provision at your own staffing rates; meeting minutes, one-page pupil profiles and a term planner; the support plan on Birmingham's, Warwickshire's or Coventry's own layout (the Code's headings elsewhere); the annual review report; and one-click EHCP and inclusion evidence packs. Trust dashboard included for MATs.
Clinics
From £40/clinician/mo +VAT
A clinic seat gives you parent and teacher observations across months, in one record; counts per DSM-5-aligned area and every raw 0-3 response, with no cut-off applied; the titration window NICE NG87 asks to be watched, over 7 to 90 days; a deterministic summary PDF and a CSV export for your own system; parent-granted read-only access, revocable at any time; an audit of who in your clinic opened which record; and a route to publish your findings back to the family, attributed to you. Invoiced directly — there is no self-serve seat billing yet.

Fund Striova Pro for families across your area, so a family's income doesn't decide whether they can keep a record. You get an agreement for a set number of places, and a claim code to hand out; places claimed against places bought, and what is still unspent; when the agreement ends; and a board paper you can take to committee, and a places CSV for audit. It carries seat facts only — never a child's record, and no family's address reaches you. Still looking for our first commissioner.
