Schools & SENCOs

The SEND record you already keep, in one place.

Keep your SEN register, your graduated-approach cycles and your costed provision in one place — for every pupil on the register, whether or not their family uses Striova. Teachers contribute by secure link in minutes. The support plan prints on your local authority's own form where we hold it (Birmingham, Warwickshire and Coventry) and under the Code's headings everywhere else.

What the portal does

Everything the graduated approach asks of you, in one record

Your whole SEN register

Enter every pupil on your register — not only those whose families use Striova. First name, initial, year group, form, and the DfE census codes you already return: SEN provision N/K/E, primary and secondary need.

Teacher observations in about 30 seconds

Teachers complete a structured observation via a secure link — no account to set up. Whether the pupil was in that day, and a harder moment, go on the same form.

Run the graduated approach

Record assess–plan–do–review cycles (SEND Code of Practice) with the targets you set at each review, costed provision priced at your own staffing rates, and a term planner that lists every review date and what falls due before it.

The support plan on your LA's form, where we hold it

The support plan prints in the layout of your local authority's own form where we hold it — Birmingham, Warwickshire and Coventry, chosen from the DfE register — and under the Code's own headings everywhere else. The annual review report sets out the meeting, its recommendation, and the views and advice the school recorded, for the school to send to everyone invited to the meeting, as regulation 20(9) requires — the family, the authority, health and social care.

One-click EHCP evidence pack

Cycles, costed provision, targets, meeting minutes, the observation log, your day log (marked as not the attendance register, which stays in your MIS) and one-page profile — plus the family's own words where they have chosen to share them — as a single PDF for an EHC needs assessment request.

Nothing clinical for staff to judge

Striova is non-diagnostic. Teachers describe what they observe; clinicians interpret. No medical decisions rest with staff.

Licensing

Simple, per-setting licensing.

Indicative pricing, excluding VAT — we'll tailor it to your setting. Pilots run free, with terms agreed in writing before we start, and we only talk about a licence once it's earning its place.

Single school

From £900/yr +VAT

Priced per setting by phase, not per pupil: £900 primary, £1,500 special school or PRU, £2,400 secondary — all +VAT.

  • Your SEN register with DfE census codes and a day log beside your MIS attendance register
  • Staff observations at scale from secure links, with no accounts
  • Graduated-approach cycles with review targets and costed provision at your own staffing rates
  • Meeting minutes, one-page pupil profiles and a term planner
  • The support plan on Birmingham's, Warwickshire's or Coventry's own layout (the Code's headings elsewhere)

  • One-click EHCP and inclusion evidence packs

Multi-academy trust

Talk to us

One agreement across several settings, priced per school — and a trust dashboard for your Director of SEND: one row per school showing cycles, reviews, observation turnaround and provision spend. Process aggregates only; no pupil detail leaves the school that holds it.

Local authority / ICB

Talk to us

Fund Striova Pro for families across your area, so a family's income doesn't decide whether they can keep a record. You get an agreement for a set number of places, and a claim code to hand out; places claimed against places bought, and what is still unspent; when the agreement ends; and a board paper you can take to committee, and a places CSV for audit. It carries seat facts only — never a child's record, and no family's address reaches you. We are still looking for our first commissioner to run this with.
