Find an ADHD assessment
Enter your postcode and we'll show assessment providers who can take you — including free, NHS-funded Right to Choose options that can cut the wait. Most accept referrals from anywhere in England and assess remotely. No account needed.
For information only — not medical advice or a recommendation. Striova does not vet, endorse or have any affiliation with the providers listed. Availability, eligibility, waiting times and fees change — confirm directly with the provider and check their CQC registration. Your GP can also refer you and discuss NHS Right to Choose. You can also check any individual clinician's registration free of charge: doctors on the GMC register, psychologists and therapists on the HCPC register, and nurse prescribers on the NMC register.
Assessment providers available anywhere in England
These take referrals nationally and assess remotely, so your postcode doesn't limit them. Age limits differ a lot between providers — several NHS Right to Choose routes are adults-only. Check the age before you ask your GP for a referral.

Walk in prepared — whoever you choose
Finding a clinician is step one. The families who get the most from an assessment are the ones who arrive with the evidence already in hand. Striova helps you track behaviour, sleep, food and observations over time, then turns it into an appointment-ready report you can share with any clinician on this list.
Spot the patterns
Daily 30-second check-ins build a picture of the good days and the tricky ones.
Bring the evidence
Generate an appointment-ready PDF and a monthly observation record to hand over.
Stay on top after
Track medication, sleep and supplements once a plan is in place.
Common questions
What is NHS 'Right to Choose'?
In England, you usually have a legal right to choose which provider carries out your NHS assessment — including approved independent clinics — often with shorter waits than your local service. It's NHS-funded, so there's no cost to you. Ask your GP to refer you to your chosen provider.
Does Striova diagnose ADHD?
No. Striova is a non-diagnostic companion. We help you spot patterns and walk into any assessment prepared — but diagnosis and treatment are always done by a qualified clinician of your choosing.
Are these providers recommended by Striova?
No. This is an information directory only. We don't vet, endorse or have any affiliation with the providers listed. Always confirm availability, fees and CQC registration directly.
Private or NHS — which should I choose?
That's a personal decision. Right to Choose is free but can still involve a wait; private is faster but you pay. Many families use Striova to track their child either way, before and after assessment.
