Our mission

Turn the assessment wait into something useful.

In the UK, families can wait years for an ADHD or autism assessment. In that time, the most valuable thing — a clear, consistent record of how a child is actually doing at home and at school — usually goes uncaptured. Striova exists to change that: to help parents, teachers and clinicians work from one structured, trustworthy picture.

Evidence, not opinions

We turn everyday observation into structured records — the kind clinicians and schools can actually use.

Parent-first

Built for families navigating a long, confusing system, under stress, often late at night.

Safe by design

Non-diagnostic, NICE/NHS/FSA-aligned, UK-hosted, and built to the ICO Children's Code from day one.

The name

Why “Striova”?

Striova takes its name from the striatum — the brain's main dopamine target and a hub for reward and motivation, and a structure at the heart of ADHD neurobiology. In children with ADHD, the striatal dopamine pathway responds differently to everyday tasks and rewards. This is not a character flaw or a failure of effort. It is a neurological difference — one that is real, well documented, and deeply misunderstood by the systems families must navigate.

We chose this name deliberately. Every parent who uses Striova is, in some way, trying to understand this part of their child's brain: why focus feels impossible for some tasks and effortless for others, why routine breaks down, why the conventional tools don't work. Striova exists to make that understanding visible — and to give families the evidence they need to advocate for their child.

The mark

The three amber points represent the three key structures of the frontostriatal circuit — the neural loop between the prefrontal cortex, the striatum and the thalamus that is disrupted in ADHD.

The arc is open, not closed. That is intentional: it represents the circuit before Striova — almost complete, waiting for the data to close the loop.

Who we are

Striova is owned and developed by QuoVira Health Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17322340), a UK company focused on practical, evidence-based tools for neurodivergent children and the families supporting them. We work to published NHS, NICE and FSA guidance, and we're clear about what Striova is — an information and preparation tool — and what it is not: a medical device or a diagnosis.
